What changedNVIDIA says it will invest $3 billion in Meta’s equity offering, adding a substantial financial commitment to the companies’ expanded work on Muse. The investment is subject to the conditions described in NVIDIA’s announcement.
Meta also intends to expand its deployment of NVIDIA infrastructure, including Vera Rubin and Vera CPUs for next-generation AI agents, alongside Spectrum-X networking and BlueField-4. That gives the partnership a clearer infrastructure dimension than the initial announcement’s broad promise to improve Muse training and inference.
The companies say they will also consider further collaboration on NVIDIA’s OpenShell architecture for agent security and Sentry tools for monitoring agent behaviour. Those are prospective areas of work, not confirmed deployments.
