What changed

Update: OpenAI says it has brought additional capacity online and is seeing improvements for some GPT-5.6 Sol API traffic. The company is still mitigating elevated errors affecting Chat Completions and Responses, so recovery is underway but not complete. If Sol is misbehaving, check OpenAI’s status page before treating failed requests as a problem in your own application.
