Update

What changed

Arm’s pullback has produced a valuation gap wide enough to park a data centre in. Simply Wall St reports that the shares closed at $239.01 after falling more than 8%, leaving them down 14.47% over one month and 39.70% over 90 days.

Its most-followed investor narrative puts fair value at $430, largely on Arm’s data-centre growth, rising royalties and prospective AGI CPU business. Simply Wall St’s own discounted-cash-flow model lands at just $92.60. Neither figure is a fact or a recommendation, but the gulf neatly captures the wager: investors are trying to price a potentially enormous AI-compute opportunity before the cash flows have settled the argument.
