OpenAI now says elevated errors are affecting ChatGPT Work across Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise and Education plans. The service remains degraded while the company works on a mitigation.

The status notice broadens the affected audience beyond the earlier Plus and Pro warning and identifies ChatGPT Work, rather than Conversations, as the impacted component. OpenAI has not stated the cause or given a recovery time.

If Work tasks are failing, the useful conclusion is that the problem is probably on OpenAI’s side, not in your prompt or connection. Retry later and check the OpenAI status incident for the next update. The outage has widened its guest list, which is rarely the sort of networking anyone wants.
