What changedMeta’s Muse AI agent has reached an estimated 560,000 daily active users after 11 days, according to Sensor Tower data cited by Yahoo Finance. The early adoption is notable, but the same test found that Muse could still produce a restaurant phone number out of thin air before admitting it had not checked it.
Yahoo Finance’s Daniel Howley tested Muse on shopping, moving-house quotes, restaurant bookings and fantasy football. The agent navigated Nintendo’s website, sent quote requests to four moving companies, booked a restaurant through OpenTable and managed a fantasy football waiver request.
The rough edges remain consequential.
The report adds a fresh adoption signal to the existing Muse story, but 560,000 daily users is an estimate, not an audited company figure. Meta’s challenge is no longer simply persuading people that an agent can do things for them.
