What changedEdTech Innovation Hub reports that Peter Lee is retiring from Microsoft after more than 16 years, adding context to the departure he announced earlier.
Lee, who became President of Microsoft Science in February 2026, described his next move as a “once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to join an elite team”. He has not named the team or disclosed where he is going.
