Cloudflare is bringing several formerly enterprise-only features to all its plans, alongside broader access controls and new tools for managing multiple accounts. For customers, the change means more capabilities without having to move up a plan just to unlock the menu.

What happened
In an update published on 2 October, Cloudflare said Logpush, Logpush Transformers and Custom Dashboards are now available across its free, Pro and Business plans. It also says role-based and resource-level access controls, plus Terraform support, are available to all customers.
The company has increased limits for products including Workers, Containers and Workflows. It has also introduced a self-service option to create another account and launched Organizations in beta. Cloudflare describes these changes as part of its pledge to make features available according to usage rather than restrictive plan tiers. The details are in Cloudflare’s update.
Why it matters
For smaller teams, access to logging, dashboards and finer-grained permissions can make the difference between building a workable setup and discovering that a useful control sits behind a more expensive plan. Broader Terraform support also gives customers another route to manage infrastructure consistently across accounts.
This is a meaningful shift in access, though not a promise that every plan has unlimited capacity: Cloudflare says it has increased selected resource limits, not removed them. Organizations is still in beta, so its availability and rough edges will matter to teams considering a move.
Our read
Making useful controls available across plans is better than treating them as velvet-rope perks. The practical test is whether customers can use these features at their existing scale, and whether Cloudflare keeps to its pledge as new capabilities arrive. If you rely on the platform, check the limits that apply to your products before changing how you deploy or manage accounts.
What to watch
- Whether Cloudflare keeps new features available across plans as it adds them.
- The limits now applying to Workers, Containers and Workflows.
- What changes as Organizations moves beyond beta.
- Whether Terraform support covers the resources customers need to manage.
Discussion spark: Should essential logging and access controls be available on every plan, or is it reasonable for providers to reserve some operational features for higher tiers?
