The Den, a social club preparing to open a new location, says ChatGPT has cut hours from two kinds of paperwork, according to OpenAI. Grant applications that took three days now take two hours; liquor-licence materials have fallen from four days to three hours, the company says.
Why it mattersThat is a striking time saving if it holds up in the club’s day-to-day work. It is also a rather more useful AI success story than another chatbot being asked to write a sonnet about a spreadsheet.
