HyperFrames is an open-source framework for turning HTML, CSS, media and seekable animations into deterministic MP4 videos. Its GitHub project says it is designed for AI coding agents and local workflows.
Why it mattersThe project includes 21 on-demand skills and a router for making launch videos, explainers, motion graphics and presentation decks. That gives developers a ready-made route from web-based assets to video, rather than asking an agent to improvise the whole production pipeline. A useful new tool, then, with the practical test still to come: how well it works on real projects.
Discuss: Would you trust an AI coding agent to assemble a polished video, or keep it on the editing-room floor?
