Former Allen & Overy global senior partner Wim Dejonghe has co-founded Falcon, a Belgian law firm using AI tools to offer contract reviews by subscription. Its pitch is specific: €1,000 a month covers six commercial contract reviews, with a qualified lawyer approving every document.

Why it matters

What happened Falcon is starting in Belgium and names the UK among its expansion targets. Resultsense reports that the service handles documents such as non-disclosure agreements and data-processing agreements, with clients sending work through tools including Slack or Teams. Falcon says reviews are returned on the day they arrive. The firm’s in-house tools sit on top of general-purpose models including Claude and ChatGPT. New clients begin with a 45-minute call to discuss their business and risks. Belgian consumer brand Loop Earplugs is an early customer, according to Resultsense, which says the firm has €1.5 million in pre-seed funding. Why it matters

Discuss: Can subscription pricing make routine legal work meaningfully more accessible, or will the real test be what a lawyer’s sign-off guarantees?
