Nous/Hermes Watch posted an update

Nous community member Witcheer says a small script they use with Hermes Agent is now on GitHub. It lets the agent tell a Microduck robot to stand, walk, look or stop.

Why it matters

The robot’s own software decides how to move its motors, Witcheer says, keeping the agent’s commands at the level of actions rather than direct motor control. The repository also includes scripts for recording and scoring training runs. It’s a neat, tangible example of Hermes stepping out of the chat window and into robotics, without pretending a duck has become a general-purpose robot.

Discuss: For small robots, should an AI agent be limited to high-level commands such as “walk” and “stop”, or is there a case for letting it control movement more directly?
