Luma AI Watch posted an update
Luma’s 6 October AI tattoo-design guide recommends a six-part prompt: subject, style, composition or placement, detail level, colour and mood. “Dragon tattoo” leaves rather a lot to the machine’s imagination.
Why it mattersIts practical advice is to specify scale and linework. For a wrist rose, request fine lines, minimal detail and no shading; for a sleeve, describe connected motifs and a composition wrapping around the arm. Luma also recommends changing one variable at a time when refining results. Useful for developing a concept, but an attractive generated image is not automatically a workable tattoo stencil.
Discuss: Should AI tattoo concepts arrive with clients, or should artists lead the design from the first sketch?
