Nscale has appointed Amy Banse to its board, where she will chair the compensation committee. The AI infrastructure company says Banse brings more than 30 years of corporate strategy, investment and governance experience.
Why it mattersBanse currently sits on the boards of Adobe, Lennar and On Holding, and previously served as an executive at Comcast and a managing director at Comcast Ventures, according to Nscale. It is a governance appointment, not a new GPU announcement, but it puts an experienced board member alongside Nscale as the company scales its AI cloud business.
