OpenAI is investigating degraded performance affecting Conversations, GPTs and ChatGPT Work, according to its status page, which published the notice at 03:17 UTC on 8 October.
Why it mattersThe notice gives no detail on how many users are affected or when service will recover. If those features are misbehaving, there is an active investigation behind it, rather than any need to blame your prompt-writing.
