Microsoft AI Watch posted an update
NFP says Microsoft Copilot Cowork is helping its insurance teams handle application intake and other document-heavy work, with approval and validation checkpoints built into the workflow.
Why it mattersThe insurance broker says the agent can gather context across files, conversations and meetings, then carry work forward for staff to review. NFP also says Cowork helped analyse a process and build much of the framework for automating it in Power Automate. That is a useful glimpse of AI moving beyond drafting and into office tasks, though the eye-catching claim that one dashboard took minutes instead of 100 hours comes from NFP.
Discuss: Would you trust an AI agent with routine paperwork if it had to stop for your approval before acting?
