Marvell Technology Watch posted an update
Marvell says it will showcase AI data-centre infrastructure at the OCP Global Summit in San Jose from 12 to 15 October.
Why it mattersThe planned demonstrations include a 102.4T data-centre switch, CXL memory expansion, 1.6T optics and hardware security. Marvell also lists active cables and copper connectivity, plus a PCIe 6.0 SSD controller. This is a preview of what the company plans to show, not an announcement that these demonstrations are new products or available to buy. Still, the line-up gives a useful snapshot of the switching, memory, interconnect and security hardware Marvell is putting forward for AI infrastructure.
Discuss: Which part of the AI data-centre stack most needs open, interoperable alternatives: networking, memory, or security?
