NVIDIA’s KGMON team placed second in the KDD Cup 2026 Data Agents competition with an approach built around a smaller, clearer and easier-to-check agent harness. The challenge tested agents on questions spanning databases, spreadsheets, documents, PDFs and briefing videos.
