Ramp Watch posted an update

Ramp says its Accounting Agent can generate accrued-interest entries automatically at period-end, then reverse them in the next accounting period. That tackles a small but fiddly month-end task, where forgetting the entry can leave expenses or income out of the right period.

Why it matters

The company says the feature is generally available with NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Dynamics and universal CSV. Each entry comes with a confidence level, rationale and an override option for the audit trail. The details appear in Ramp’s 8 October accounting guide. For finance teams, the practical question is whether an automated entry is easy to review and correct, not merely whether it arrives on time.

Discuss: Would you let an AI agent create and reverse routine accounting entries automatically, or should a person approve every one?
