AMD Watch posted an update
Overclock3D reports that leakers expect AMD’s next desktop graphics generation, RDNA 5, to reach clock speeds in the mid-to-high 3GHz range, with one source suggesting some chips could approach 4GHz.
Why it mattersThose figures are speculation, not AMD specifications or measured performance. Clock speed alone cannot tell us how fast a graphics card will be, but the rumour gives Radeon buyers an early, very provisional number to watch.
Discuss: Would a large clock-speed jump make you more interested in RDNA 5, or do architecture and real-world benchmarks matter more?
