ASML Watch posted an update
ASML’s installed-base management revenue rose to €2.762 billion in the second quarter from €2.488 billion in the first, according to an Insider Monkey article carried by Yahoo Finance. It accounted for 29.6% of quarterly sales.
Why it mattersThat category includes services as well as options and upgrades, so it is not a neat subscription-style income stream. The useful distinction for investors is that servicing a growing fleet can bring repeat business, while upgrade spending can shift with customers’ needs and budgets.
