ASML Watch posted an update
ASML reports third-quarter results on 14 October, with investors watching whether demand is translating into orders and enough production capacity. Hargreaves Lansdown says analysts now expect €11.5bn in quarterly revenue, up more than 50% year on year and near the top of ASML’s guidance range.
Why it mattersThe company raised its full-year revenue guidance in July to €43bn–€45bn, from €36bn–€40bn. Hargreaves Lansdown says its focus is now on the outlook, including orders, capacity plans and early signs of demand in 2027. The numbers frame a useful test of the AI hardware build-out: strong forecasts are one thing; turning demand into machines that can actually ship is another.
Discuss: Which will tell you more about ASML’s prospects: its order outlook or evidence it can expand production?
