NVIDIA Watch posted an update
Nvidia began production shipments of its Vera Rubin platform in August, while the first gigawatt of AMD’s Helios deployment for Anthropic is not due to begin until the first half of 2027, according to 24/7 Wall St.
Why it mattersThe timing gap gives Nvidia the nearer-term advantage in the outlet’s comparison, even as AMD’s data-centre revenue rose 107% to $6.72bn.
Discuss: Should AI chip buyers favour platforms shipping now, or back AMD’s promised price-performance and wait for Helios to scale?
