Anthropic says it has mitigated errors affecting usage data on platform.claude.com and in its Admin API usage report. The most recent 30 minutes of usage may take longer to appear while the company works on a full fix.
Why it mattersThe company says API requests are not affected. This is a reporting delay, not a stated interruption to using Claude. If you’re checking usage, treat the latest figures as potentially incomplete.
