Ramp Watch posted an update

Ramp says its newly released accounts-receivable software uses AI to draft invoices from source documents, prepare collection follow-ups using a team’s policy and invoice context, and match incoming payments to open invoices for automatic application.

Why it matters

Finance staff can review and edit invoice drafts and collection messages before sending. Payment matching is described as automatic, giving the tools different levels of human involvement rather than one big “let the AI handle finance” button. The features are outlined in Ramp’s 12 October notes-receivable guide. For finance teams, the useful question is whether these steps reduce admin without making errors harder to spot.

Discuss: Which task would you trust AI to automate first: invoice drafting, collection messages or payment matching?
