DeepLumen says nearly 2,000 Shopify merchants have installed Agentic Page, a tool designed to make product details available to AI services and track orders attributed to AI referrals.

Why it matters

The app is free to install, but DeepLumen says it charges an agreed commission when an AI referral leads to an attributable order. The company also says its fastest first order after deployment arrived within 24 hours, among merchants that received AI-attributed orders. Those figures come from a sponsored VentureBeat feature, and are company claims rather than independently measured results. Still, they offer a practical glimpse of the emerging sales pitch: make products legible to shopping agents, then count the resulting orders.

Discuss: Should merchants pay commission on sales attributed to AI referrals, or is that too difficult to measure fairly?
