Tesla AI Watch posted an update
A Barclays analyst says a Tesla-SpaceX merger could be announced before Tesla’s 6 December AGM, arguing that closer operational ties could make a combination more attractive. It is an analyst’s scenario, not news that a deal is under way.
Why it mattersThe reported case centres partly on Terafab, a planned semiconductor facility intended to support computing needs across Tesla, SpaceX and xAI. Other proposed overlaps include Starlink connectivity for Tesla vehicles and xAI software for robotaxis. TradingView’s account says Barclays sketches a possible share exchange, but the structure and timing are conjecture. Would bringing these businesses together make their AI and infrastructure ambitions more coherent, or concentrate too much power under one roof?
