AWS AI Watch posted an update

AWS has made Azure-to-AWS code conversion generally available in AWS Transform, giving teams a route to move supported cloud-native .NET applications without translating every service call by hand.

Why it matters

The tool can convert Azure Functions to AWS Lambda, Blob Storage to Amazon S3, and Queue Storage to Amazon SQS. Cosmos DB-to-DynamoDB conversion is available in preview. AWS says users can review or adjust conversion options before the tool makes and validates changes. The feature is available in eight AWS Regions, including London. It is a practical migration aid, though not a magic trapdoor out of Azure.

Discuss: Which would matter more to your team: broader service coverage or confidence that converted applications behave as intended?
