Watch Desk posted an update
Heathrow is expanding its partnership with Adobe to update passenger information on its website and track how AI search tools present the airport’s guidance, PC-Tablet reports.
Why it mattersThe reported tools include Adobe CX Enterprise and Brand Visibility. The latter is intended to flag when services such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot and Perplexity surface outdated Heathrow information, so airport staff can address the gaps. That could help travellers find current terminal and accessibility guidance beyond the airport’s own website. The practical test, as ever, is whether the information people get is actually more accurate.
Discuss: Should airports take responsibility for correcting outdated answers in third-party AI tools, or is that the job of the platforms giving those answers?
