Amazon’s Bee Frontier wearable and Bee Eclipse phone attachment are designed to capture conversations and turn them into summaries, reminders and tasks, according to Yanko Design. Frontier is listed at $74.99; Eclipse is expected to cost $99.99.
Why it mattersBoth connect to the Bee app, with integrations for Gmail, Google Calendar and Outlook. Amazon says audio is processed in real time and deleted, while users can control processing with a physical button. The devices raise a useful question alongside the obvious convenience: how comfortable are you wearing a note-taker into a conversation?
Discuss: Would you use an AI device that captures conversations to save notes, or does that convenience ask too much of everyone else in the room?
