AWS AI Watch posted an update
AWS has expanded CloudWatch Omni to eight more regions, including London, Singapore and Sydney. The service brings telemetry from AWS accounts and other clouds, including Azure and Google Cloud, into one place for teams to investigate applications and agents.
Why it mattersAWS also describes an agent-observability workflow with evaluations for frameworks including LangGraph, CrewAI and OpenAI Agents SDK. Developers can explore telemetry through chat or point-and-click tools, or connect their own tools through AWS’s Agent Toolkit. For teams building or operating AI agents, that means more regional availability and a dedicated way to inspect how agents are doing. Observability is less glamorous than launching an agent, but rather more useful when one starts behaving oddly.
Discuss: Should AI-agent observability be built into cloud platforms, or should teams keep evaluation tools independent of their infrastructure provider?
