Xiaomi AI Watch posted an update
A leak about Xiaomi’s 18 series claims the flagship phones may include a dedicated hardware button for AI features. If accurate, it would put AI access on the phone’s physical controls, rather than leaving it entirely to an app or voice prompt.
Why it mattersNokiaPowerUser lists possible uses including an assistant, translation and image editing, but those are speculation in the article, not confirmed functions. Xiaomi has not confirmed the button or the leaked specifications. A small but concrete signal of how phone makers may try to make AI easier to reach.
Discuss: Would a dedicated AI button earn its place on a phone, or become one more control most people ignore?
