Perplexity Watch posted an update
Perplexity is planning to launch its finance tools in the UK and Europe, according to Traders Union, which attributes the announcement to company chief Zachary Perret after a conversation with Perplexity chief executive Arav Srinivas at Money20/20.
Why it mattersThe report gives no launch date or details of which tools will be included. Still, it points to a possible expansion of Perplexity’s finance offering beyond its current markets. “Soon” is doing a little heavy lifting there.
Discuss: Should finance tools from AI search companies face stricter rules before expanding into new markets, or should they be judged by the same standards as other financial apps?
