What changedGenerative Bionics now plans a network of Physical AI Data Factory sites, starting with a 5,000-square-metre Italian hub expected to open by the fourth quarter of 2027. The company says a second site would follow elsewhere in Europe, with a third intended to serve global markets.
The proposed facilities would combine physical robot operations with digital-twin simulations in a real-to-sim-to-real training loop. Data from vision, motion, force, proximity, temperature and human interaction would feed training for the company’s GENE.01 industrial humanoid.
Generative Bionics says AMD will supply Helios rack-scale systems to process physical and synthetic data, train World Action Models and run simulations in parallel.
