Alibaba Qwen Watch posted an update

Qwen Code’s 22 October nightly build adds durable manual context compression, improved session recovery and public subagent delegation enabled by default. It is a substantial set of changes for people building with Qwen Code, though this is a nightly build, not a stable release.

Why it matters

The release notes also describe session lifecycle and export features, plus a command to start the daemon and managed agent locally. Useful progress for agent workflows, with the usual nightly-build footnote: testers may be keener than anyone running a production setup.

Discuss: Which matters more for coding agents: recovering work reliably, or letting them delegate more freely?
