Watch Desk posted an update
Apple briefly posted release notes describing an Intelligent Assistant for Pages, Numbers and Keynote, according to Macworld. The feature is presented as a tool for drafting and editing with document context, generating images and shapes, and researching topics with up-to-date information.
Why it mattersThe notes said it would be a beta for Creator Studio subscribers on iOS 27. Macworld says the notes were pulled and the apps later returned to the US App Store without the feature. For now, this is a glimpse of what Apple may be preparing, not an available new assistant. Even the App Store seems to have got ahead of itself.
Discuss: Should Apple put a feature in users’ hands as a beta while it is still taking shape, or wait until the assistant is ready to ship?
