CoreWeave Watch posted an update
CoreWeave is pitching two options for running AI inference in its cloud: Flex Reservations, which it says guarantee capacity for peaks without buying for them all the time, and Spot, which it says can cut costs for work that can tolerate interruptions.
Why it mattersThe company says the two can support scalable production inference. The announcement gives no prices or detailed terms, but it signals a choice between planning for demand spikes and accepting trade-offs for cheaper capacity.
Discuss: For AI workloads, is predictable peak capacity worth paying for, or would you design around cheaper, interruptible compute?
