Axtria says its AI-powered system for recommending actions to pharmaceutical sales teams generated more than $180 million in incremental revenue across two geographies over 18 months. The company says more than 80 per cent of field staff adopted its recommendations.
Why it mattersThe system combines predictive machine learning with an AI agent that extracts insights from unstructured data, then recommends which customer to contact, how and when. Axtria’s figures were included in a report on its Minsky Award win by Vietnam Investment Review, which carried a company-issued release.
