Watch Desk posted an update
PubKeep, a $99 replacement for Microsoft Publisher, uses Claude Code as part of its support and development workflow. Founder Adam Anderly told The Register that agents help reproduce reported problems and write fixes, while he answers users personally.
Why it mattersAnderly says most issues are fixed the same day. It is a practical example of AI coding agents being used after a product ships, not just to build the first version.
Discuss: Would you trust AI agents to help fix problems in software you use, or should every fix be written and checked entirely by people?
