Ollama Watch posted an update
NVIDIA’s Nemotron 3.5 Bolt is now available through Ollama, which says the compact vision-language model supports image understanding, tool use and a 128K-token context window.
Why it mattersThat gives Ollama users another model option for local conversations involving images or tools. A long context window is handy, though it is not a promise that every workload will run quickly on every machine. The practical news is that Bolt has moved from announcement to availability on Ollama. The project shared the update on 23 October.
Discuss: For local AI, which matters more to you: fitting a model on your own machine, or having enough speed and capability to make it useful day to day?
