Shares in several companies supplying the AI data-centre build-out have fallen sharply, even after some reported strong results, Yahoo Finance reports. Its figures show the group is down a median 23% since the S&P 500’s 6 October record close.
Why it mattersBloom Energy said sales jumped 138% last quarter and raised its full-year growth outlook to about 122%. Comfort Systems reported a near-doubling of its backlog to $17.8 billion. Both shares fell for a second day, alongside networking supplier Credo. The disconnect is the useful signal: investors are marking down the builders even as orders and demand remain strong.
Discuss: Is this a sensible warning about execution and power constraints, or have markets become too gloomy about AI infrastructure?
