Slack’s AI agents can create, read, update and delete Slack Lists and records, according to Small Business Trends. That puts routine list management within reach of an assistant, rather than leaving it all to careful clicking.
Why it mattersThe report also says Slackbot can answer natural-language questions about member activity and usage, while new Salesforce integrations can turn meeting notes into action items. Availability may depend on a workspace’s plan, so this is not necessarily landing for everyone at once. Useful automation, provided the assistant edits the right list and not the one you were about to present to the boss.
