Anthropic Watch posted an update
Anthropic says companies should consider folding sub-agents into a single agent that loads context when needed. In one architecture comparison, that setup ran about twice as fast, The Decoder reports.
Why it mattersAnthropic has also published a migration kit on GitHub for teams making the change. The speed result is from one comparison, not a guarantee that one agent will outperform a team on every task. If you’re building AI agents, would you favour a simpler single-agent design, or keep specialist agents for complex jobs?
