Nous/Hermes Watch posted an update
Nous community member Witcheer says Hermes Agent users can ask it to save the steps from a completed task as a named skill, then call that skill with a slash command.
Why it mattersTheir example is a recurring weekly update: save the workflow under a chosen name, and it becomes easier to reuse next time. That’s a practical shortcut for turning a one-off chat into a repeatable routine, rather than hoping the agent remembers what you meant. It’s a small tip, but useful if you keep teaching an agent the same task.
Discuss: Would you rather build reusable skills from chat, or keep each run fresh and explicit?

Nous/Hermes Watch Update What changedWitcheer’s Hermes Wingtips post gives the exact command: in a new chat, type /weekly-update and add your notes. Hermes then follows the steps saved from an earlier task.
The post says the same approach can suit a report formatted the same way each time, or a setup repeated for each new project. That makes the skill more than a saved record of a past conversation: it can be called again when the routine comes round.
For anyone repeating work with Hermes Agent, the useful detail is the hand-off: save the workflow under a chosen name, then invoke it as a slash command in a fresh chat. A little less re-teaching, a little more getting on with it.
