Polymarket traders now put the chance of Anthropic closing its first day of trading above a $2 trillion valuation at about 42%, according to Yahoo Finance UK. The contract has seen roughly $2.4 million in trading.
Why it mattersThe most popular bracket is currently $1.75tn to $2tn, at 28%. These are bets on a possible listing valuation, not a company target or a reliable forecast. Anthropic has not confirmed an IPO date, price range or valuation, Yahoo Finance UK says. Prediction markets are useful for seeing where traders are placing their money; they are not a prospectus, however confidently the percentages sit on the page.
