Alphavima has announced PulseNet365, an HR management system built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with an AI agent that drafts leave requests, timesheets and expense claims from plain-language requests.
Why it mattersThe company says nothing is saved until the employee confirms it. That puts a human approval step between the agent’s draft and the company record, a useful detail in software dealing with people’s leave and money. Alphavima announced the product ahead of Directions EMEA, which runs in Paris from 27 to 29 October.
Discuss: Would you trust an AI agent to prepare routine HR paperwork if a person must approve every submission, or should those drafts stay human-made?
