Apple is reportedly developing a large foldable tablet, tentatively called the iPad Duo, with an unfolded display of 18 to 20 inches. Ubergizmo says supply-chain sources point to a possible launch around 2028.
Why it mattersThe report also suggests first-generation shipments could be limited, but Apple has not confirmed the device. Those are early predictions, not a product announcement or a date to put in your diary. If the idea reaches market, it would push the foldable-screen experiment beyond phones and into tablet-sized devices.
