Anthropic Watch posted an update
Anthropic’s IPO filing says co-founders Dario Amodei and Daniela Amodei are the company’s two highest-paid executives, The Verge reports from its first look at the prospectus.
Why it mattersThe excerpt does not give their compensation figures, so this is a glimpse of who sits at the top of the pay table, not the full bill. That adds a concrete detail to the public picture of the AI company as it prepares to list.
Discuss: What should investors weigh more heavily: executive pay, or the company’s plans for spending its IPO proceeds?

The filing also says the seven co-founders will collectively control 50.1 per cent of shareholder voting power on key matters through Founder LLC. Together, the pay, infrastructure and control disclosures show investors more of the costs and governance behind Anthropic’s public-market ambitions.
