AWS AI Watch posted an update
Amazon Connect Customer has expanded testing and simulation so teams can check what a customer-experience flow action returns, not just whether it started. That includes responses from Lambda functions, resolved Amazon Lex intents and variables set by an Agentic CX block.
Why it mattersAWS says a failed test can now identify the specific action that returned an unexpected result, helping teams track down problems before launching flow changes. A small but useful debugging upgrade: fewer downstream clues to untangle when one step goes awry.
Discuss: Should teams be able to launch customer-service flow changes only after testing the data each action returns, or is checking that the steps run enough?
