A Forbes Coaches Council panel argues that as AI takes on more work, leaders will need to make room for distinctly human skills, including judgement, trust-building and productive disagreement.
Why it mattersThe contributors’ point is less that people can out-compute AI than that they remain responsible for decisions and their consequences. It is opinion from a coaches’ panel, not evidence that these skills are newly scarce. Still, the case for challenging an AI-shaped consensus is worth airing.
Discuss: If AI handles more analysis, should leaders give it more authority, or spend more time questioning its answers?
