Moonshot AI has apologised for rate limits and unnecessary quota use on its Kimi K3.1 Pro subscription plan, the South China Morning Post reports. The company said active subscribers would receive a one-off reset restoring 25 per cent of their monthly quota, roughly a week’s usage.
Why it mattersMoonshot said the adjustment would appear in users’ usage bars during the day. For subscribers caught by the launch problems, that is a concrete make-good, though not quite the smooth arrival a paid plan ought to promise.
